Imposible to pickup packages because of hours
I guess it's perfectly fine to deliver a package an just throw it out at the entrance gate, highway side, an leave it for anyone or anything to get it even rained or snowed on. Oh yeah, it bout a quarter mile from my house, another person lives on my road to. Gate opens fine, roads gravel an not hard to drive. No mud, no snow, but yet my package is next to the road, nothing said about it being there either, legs broke? That's quality service! I guess they want to purchase what I had already bought sense they don't figure I need it. Come on ups get your heads out!! Oh an one stars to much for that service.l! Question is does this matter to you?
Package was at ups terminal said it was undeliverable , tried to get a phone number none available they are returning it to sender !! The persons at the 1 800 told I'd have to pick it up or they would return it !! At least a 42 mile round trip I am very upset with them !!
